About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to Senior Management within an engineering environment. This is a dynamic role that involves managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel, and overseeing vehicle tax compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Deliver high-level administrative assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling correspondence.
International Travel Management: Plan and manage global travel arrangements-flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
Vehicle Tax Administration: Ensure all vehicle tax documentation is up to date and compliant with current regulations.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Organise internal and external meetings, conferences, and events across various locations.
Office Administration: Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the MD and clients, fostering strong professional relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally in an industrial or similar setting.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Discretion in handling confidential matters.
Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally when required.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
