We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a part-time Customer Services role at a leading provider of outsourced public services solutions. This temporary position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in people's lives while enjoying job security and room for career growth.

Details:

Position: Customer Services - NID
Rate of Pay: 12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Part-Time (20 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday, 9 AM - 5 PM)
Start Date: 26th August 2025
Location: Belfast (Shaftsbury Square), with the option for hybrid work after mandatory in-office training.

Your Role:

As a vital member of our Contact Centre team, you'll:

Handle a diverse range of inbound customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer care journey.
Resolve queries "Right First Time" with a friendly and professional approach.
Maintain quality and safety of customer data.
Support the digitisation of claimant services.
Meet individual and team targets for performance.

What You Need:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and processes meticulously.
Resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Evidence of your Access NI application number and a cleared Access NI certificate.
Verified right to work documentation.
